Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
This contest (“Contest”) is organized by [Company: Good Farmland Management Kenya Limited, with its principal place of business at 27 Parklands Rd, Nairobi, Kenya (“Organizer”).

2. Eligibility
- Open to current customers of the Organizer in Kenya.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Only one entry per household is allowed.
3. Contest Description
Participants must submit one photograph showing how they have fenced the biofertilizer tank of their biodigester system. The fence should be built from robust materials to keep small animals and unauthorized people, especially children, out of the secured area. It must be robust enough to resist 30 kg.
The allowed fencing materials are:
- Pole type: Round wooden scaffolding timber, min diam 50-70 mm, galvanized tube or painted PTR.
- Mesh: Plastic/HDPE UV-stabilized mesh, low-carbon steel.
- Locking mechanism & tension wire: Galvanized wire, nylon rope, binding wire.
Not authorized materials are:
- Material in bad shape, such as rotten wood, loose bindings, or torn nets/mats. Only materials in good shape are allowed.
The use of any of the listed materials will result in automatic disqualification.
Photographs must not contain any identifiable people. Images featuring individuals’ faces will be automatically disqualified.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Contest by sending one photograph via:

By submitting an entry, the participant confirms:
- They are the legal owner of the image.
- The photo was taken at their own farm/property.
- No individuals appear in the image.
5. Contest Period
- Start date: January 22nd, 2026
- End date: February 23rd, 2026
- Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
6. Selection of Winners
- A regional technical panel appointed by the Organizer will evaluate entries based on:
- Please refer to all the qualifying and disqualifying elements listed in the section above.
- Additional evaluation criteria to differentiate amongst the best options:
- Gate design: A gate with a lock should be visible
- There is a minimum of 40 cm between the tank and the fence, all around.
- Picture’s aesthetics
- The Organizer’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.
- Winners will be notified through the same channel used for their submission.
- The winners’ list will be communicated within one month after the closing of the award campaign.
7. Prizes
The prizes include:
- One (1) free service visit by an authorized technician.
- One (1) Cookstove or Burner (“Prize”).
Prizes are:
- Non-exchangeable
- Non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
The Organizer will schedule the site visit and the delivery of the Cookstove and/or burner based on its service routes. Prizes will be delivered within 6 months of the winner announcement date.
8. Rights to Use the Submitted Photographs
By entering the Contest, the participant:
- Grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and share the photograph for: Marketing, Training, Educational and Reporting or internal documentation purposes.
- Confirms they are the author and hold full rights to the image.
Confirms the photo does not infringe third-party rights (including property rights, trademarks, or privacy).
The Organizer will not use participants’ names or phone numbers publicly without additional consent.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
The Organizer will process personal data (phone number, photo, name) in accordance with:
- Kenya: Data Protection Act 2019
Participants have the right to:
- Request access, correction, or deletion of their data
- Withdraw consent at any time
Data will be stored by the organizer to maintain continuous contact regarding its services, product promotion, and related activities.
The Organizer will not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
10. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified if:
- The photo includes any person, even partially.
- The participant does not own the rights to the image.
- The entry is incomplete, unclear, fraudulent, or submitted using automated tools.
- The participant attempts to manipulate the Contest outcome.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any entry that is offensive, inappropriate, or illegal.
11. Limitations of Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for:
- Network failures or problems with WhatsApp delivery
- Damaged, lost, or corrupted files
- Technical issues or delays
- Any accident or incident that may occur during the taking of the photo
Participants assume all risks associated with photographing their property.
12. Independence From WhatsApp, Meta, and Telecom Operators
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with WhatsApp, Meta, or any telecommunications provider.
Participants release these companies from any liability related to the Contest.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from this Contest will be governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms only when required by law or operational needs; any changes will be communicated appropriately.
