Global update implementation for Taro formats<\/h3>\n
The IT team achieved the global data standardization during Q3, improving the flow for decision making in both operations and business.<\/p>\n
This month we finalized the global implementation of the new TaroWorks jobs that includes improvements and new ways to support technical operations. Any job carried out in the field now can be registered in TaroWorks, with the aim of always improving our service and customer satisfaction.\u00a0This work involved cleaning, unification of each of the regional formats, and translation in different languages taking into account the local context to achieve the global measurement of the impact of the system.<\/p>\n

Sistema.bio is growing and developing B2B models to work with agribusinesses in other regions. As part of this requirement, Sistema.bio is developing a new BOT that will be running in Telegram and other chat applications, allowing third parties to follow up on Sistema.bio sizing, quotes and provide customer care services with high standards.<\/p>\n
