Cultivating the next generation of energy leaders
Sistema.bio provides professionals and communities around the world with an opportunity to share their talent, passion and skills to help tackle one of the biggest social challenges facing rural households; the provision of sustainable energy and agricultural solutions for farmers. In Q3, as part of our global efforts to attract and build strong & cohesive teams across all geographies, Sistema.bio engaged with Shortlist Consultants through workshops with Team leads and supervisors. This has resulted in improved operations and has gone a long way in enhancing internal brand awareness.
To further enhance company operations and processes around the world, we hosted Alice Chanut, Global Finance Manager who worked closely with different teams in HQ and in the field offices as well as engaging directly with clients in the field in Kenya. This resulted in a smoother client documentation process and ultimately increased customer satisfaction. Check out her experiences here (to share a link of her story) We indeed are a part of a global movement.
