Sistema.bio Biol experts summit in Kenya
The international Sistema.bio team were in Kenya discussing all the equipment available for biol application, the promotion strategies for this fertilizer, the methodology for its application and the manual adapted to different cultures. The team also worked in the field in Githunguri; Kiambu County, to test the tools used in Kenya and to share with the technicians the outcome of workshops in Yucatán; Mexico which focused on training farmers on the use of biol. As an outcome, two parcel designs with families were made and a research protocol was established for analysis and comparison of biol and soil across the five countries we work in.
